People think that building is synonymous with expensive. This couldn’t be further from the truth!
Pre-build homes always go up in value. And the older they get, the more expensive they get and the more updates they need! On average, remodeling costs twice as much per square foot as a new build does! Sometimes in inflated markets, it’s actually cheaper to build than find something within budget. Doesn’t it make more sense to build exactly what you need within your budget, and have a custom brand new build that needs no updates?
A good builder will stay within your budget and only show you floor plan and customization options that fit within that. Building never has to go outside your budget unless you say so.
How do you know what your budget even is? We work with you just like any other home purchase… we need a pre-approval letter from your lender. Maybe you don’t know where to start, in that case we will point you in the right direction! A mortgage lender will give you your qualifications on an amount of purchase per your personal finances.
